24 hours a day, 365 days per year, CarCom is always monitoring. If an alert is received at the CarCom Assistance Centre, processes are set in motion which will encompass attempting to contact the potential intruder - or verifying that it is a false alarm - locating and, if necessary, tracking the vehicle.
